Tim is a reliable, consistent and highly professional colleague. He is able to offer creative IT solutions and articulate them well to non-technical colleagues. During the time that I worked with him on several complex, cross-functional and cross-border projects I saw him take a pragmatic approach and face challenges head-on. Tim is naturally culturally-attuned and has a great sense of fun too.

Tim consistently helped our sales team and external clients understand complex integrations, explaining technical concepts with both patience and clarity.
As VP of Partnerships at PAI Health, I had the opportunity to collaborate with Tim and his team to close deals and find creative solutions to customer needs. Tim consistently helped our sales team and external clients understand complex integrations, explaining technical concepts with both patience and clarity. Tim's problem-solving in relation to resource constraints and technical barriers enabled us to win our largest customers, and his leadership managed to unite cross-border engineering teams through an acquisition to successfully deliver our most important customer projects. Tim is an asset to any team - I always looked forward to working and collaborating with Tim, and I hope we get to work together again in the future!

Tim is a pragmatic problem solver with extensive technical knowledge and personable management skills.
I had the pleasure of working with Tim while he was both a Senior Software Engineer and the VP of Engineering at PAI Health. Tim is a pragmatic problem solver with extensive technical knowledge and personable management skills. As a Senior QA Analyst and Technical Product Manager, I understand, and heavily value, the ability to communicate complex concepts both verbally and visually. Tim, without question, excels at both and his documentation is absolutely stellar. Any team will benefit from having Tim on board, whether as a manager or as an engineer!

Tim is an amazing technologist. He has a fantastic eye for detail, an unparalleled drive to "work things out" and create innovative yet technologically solid solutions that move your project forward. He leads the discovery process by taking complex problems and creating clear visuals to help guide the discussion. He works these out in various technical options and - most importantly - owns the delivery of the technical end product towards a success. I highly recommend Tim for a leadership role in any project that combines difficult technical challenges with a need for clear UI/UX.

An exceptional Product Owner with exceptionally good technical skills… unlike anything I've seen before.
An exceptional Product owner with exceptionally good technical skills, this is Tim. I had the pleasure to work with Tim for about a year as a member of a small software developer team. During that time he acted as Product Owner and also as Technical Lead/Architect. Earlier Tim had been a developer on the same project so he had a genuine technical overview of the whole system. His Product Owner skills are unlike anything I've seen before. His dedication to the project was remarkable. He was always there to answer our questions, his responses where always precise and to the point and also contained technical insights when necessary. His presentations during our planning meetings were always clear, well prepared and included all details. He is a guy of strong opinions but can be convinced with reasonable arguments. He is also a master of remote meetings. We worked 100% remotely, but our meetings were as intense as if we were sitting in the same room together. Last but not least he paid attention to the personal side of our professional relationship too, he held regular, face to face "talking" meetings, where we talked informally about freely chosen topics we found important. Oh, and did I mention that the guy has a really good sense of humour? His jokes often left a smile on our faces helping to build a friendly atmosphere among ourselves. So, all in all he laid down the strong foundations of our project and although he left the team we still follow his principles to this day. This is the best indication of how serious his contribution was. I think the conclusion is clear enough: He would be an exceptional asset to any company.

He's pretty good in transforming business processes into software, asking the right questions, user centric design.
Worked together with Tim on an implementation of an individual software. His capabilities are quite rare from my POV and added much value to our project: he's pretty good in transforming business processes into software, asking the right questions, user centric design and additionally he was a good sparings partner from a strategic point of view! Quite a good mix for an IT guy ;-)

Tim the Timtastic Transformer was a key influence on my understanding of software engineering and architecture.
